We offer our customers premium support in project planning, technical advice, commissioning, training, after-sales service and repair in the segments of propulsion and manoeuvring systems, vacuum systems and water treatment.
Your tasks as Technical Aftersales Administrator
- Handling of order transactions from inquiry, quotation, order and order confirmation
- Clarification of the scope of the order
- Preparation of order confirmations and invoices and packing lists
- Creating delivery notes, the associated delivery documents and safety data sheets
- Recording and follow-up of orders within our server and ERP-system
- Invoicing of completed services and delivered parts
- Supporting new and existing customers
Your Profile
- Completed education as industrial management assistant or comparable with a similar technical background
- Sound professional experience in the maritime environment is of advantage
- A high customer and service orientation with corresponding communication skills
- Business fluent in written and spoken German and English, especially for technically orientated documents and communication with shipyards and owners
- As part of a small aftersales team, team orientation paired with independent, goal- and solution-orientated work is important, as well as flexibility and decisiveness
- Experienced handling of MS Office products

Service technician (m/f/d) for propulsion and manoeuvring systems

Your Tasks as Service Technician
- Commissioning and Sea Trials
- Maintenance, repair and service work on schedule
- Trouble shooting and rectification of technical problems on our principal’s systems
- Documentation and reporting for projects
- Close communication with shipping companies, shipyards and crews
Your Profile
- Completed education as a ship mechanic or industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician or comparable qualification
- Experience in maintenance and repair of ship systems is of advantage
- Ability to work in a team and good communication skills
- Flexibility and resilience - you keep cool even in hectic situations
- Willingness to travel (D and NL, EU-wide if required) and to accept flexible working hours
- Good knowledge of German and English (spoken and written)
- Class B driving license
